  • Crawling is on of the bases for brain & educational development, favoring the maturity of different cognitive functions.seguridad bebes
  • It develops crossed pattern, which is the neurological function that makes possible the organized and balanced movement of the human body.
  • It also develops the vestibular system, which allows the baby to stimulate perception: this way he/she will know the position of every point in his/her little body.
  • It develops visual convergence; optometric studies show that crawling has positive influence in avoiding visual troubles in adulthood.
  • It also helps to increase the connection between both brain lobes, process which increases cognitive and motor skills.
  • Thru crawling, brain coordination of the eye and the hand develops, which in turn will improve grasping of small objects, proper placing of the pencil in the hand and the basic start of the writing process.
  • It helps the baby to be aware of the space that surrounds him/her, awareness that will allow the baby to socially interact with other children thru nursery, primary school and the rest of his/her life.
